Great article. Busy culture is a pet peeve of mine, and it's so easy for people to get sucked into it. I noticed the pull towards productivity when I had a month off between jobs - I felt like I always had to be doing something, otherwise, it was a waste of time. But is resting, recovering, and reconnecting with yourself really a waste of time? Is doing something for pure enjoyment rather than achieving some goal really that terrible?

Busyness hustle culture, and cramming as much as we can into our lives is being worn as a badge of honour instead of being seen for what it really is - mentally and physically damaging.

Thanks for sharing.
